if i order the dress in regency with a grape belt will the colour difference stand out or will it look like the picture coz the picture looks like its all in the one colour (regency)

The dress arrived very quickly and is beautiful. I ordered it custom sized as I am plus sized and quite curvey. The measurements sent in were exact however the dress arrived quite a bit too big. The seamstress is taking over an inch off all areas from the bust to the waist.
